Employee survey

hey! i had a wonderful experience at sephora yesterday for the first time in a long time ๐Ÿ™‚ id love to give some feedback on the employee who helped my girlfriend and i!

On your receipt should be a website address in which will take you to a survey where you can evaluate your experience in the store/with the staff. It also enters you in a draw to win a Sephora Gift Card.
