E-gift card not working

I was sent a e-gift card through the email but I was unable to view the card, kept saying Page Not Found We are unable to display the details for this gift card at this time.Please contact customer support. I told the purchaser to call and she was told that the card went through yet I didn’t get anything. I emailed them 4 times no response also

@craigdusk I'm so sorry about this! All eGift card purchases are made through our third party, CashStar. I recommend contacting CashStar via phone at (866) 286-1262 between 8am and 12am ET or waiting a few business days to receive a response to your email. Thank you!

i wouldn't count on getting a reply much less a resolution to this. The 3rd party is of zero assistance and they have no motivation to resolve the issue. I am dealing with this now, and can say - it is a waste of time. May as well consider that money spent on the card a corporate donation
