Dyson airwrap without brush and comb?

I ordered a Dyson airwrap styler

and had samples that was suppose to come but i only received the Dyson. Also Dyson came without gifts like brush and comb which is in Limited Edition on Dyson website.  I saw one of the girl who make a recently review here  at sephora posting picture that everything was included. I didn't experience this with previous online orders so it's pretty disappointing. Plus the missing gifts.
