Dr gross peel pad single sample

from earlier this month (Jan 2021) came completely dry. Having never used a peel pad before, I thought it was mean to be dry to exfoliate by chemical as well as friction. I was anxious to open and use immediately because I thought some ingredients may degrade had I dallied. Only today did I have the time to look it up, and apparently the pads are meant to come wet? Both my pads were completely dry and there didn’t seem to be any tampering on the foil packet but I know these packets could be compromised with a needle or something. Just want to warn others who have no clue what peel pads look like so they don’t damage their skin thinking like I did. 😞
