Do not get the Sephora Credit Card

Literally the worst credit card. Every time I tried to log in to make a payment, there was an error saying my account didn’t exist. Even tho I’m able to use the card for purchases, never did I receive a credit card statement in the mail nor an e-statement so I couldn’t remember when the payment was due so then I would be late to make my payments. Finally got fed up and decided to cancel and got a statement saying I had a balance of $2.00- ?! I had to call customer service just to verify that I don’t actually owe any $ took 3 agents and calling 3 separate times plus 2 phone numbers for someone to finally confirm that I don’t, in fact, owe any money to comenity bank. So yeah worst decision I ever made to sign up for this credit card which caused my credit score drop from 880 to 760s
