Discount not applied

I recently (November 12) made a purchase in store and was told by a Sephora employee that even though there is a barcode on my Sephora app, that she was unable to scan it and also couldn't give me my 15% off discount that was to end soon. She said the only way it is possible is if I add my card to my Apple wallet or give her the coupon barcode from an e-mail. Well, I am unable to add my card to my Apple wallet like I had in the past and I never received an e-mail. I simply showed her the app that mentions thediscount code, but she insisted she couldn't give me my discount without the barcode and told me to come back when I get it added to myApple wallet. Am i doing something wrong or is online now the only way Ican get possible discounts? She was only able to enter my e-mail address so I can get my points- without the discount included. There is a Sephora near me and paying shipping just because of this issue does not seemlike a feasible solution to me. I'm looking forward to a response. Thank you!

I'm so sorry to hear this! The Holiday Bonus promotion, which gave 15% off to Beauty Insiders and VIBs online and in-store Fri 11/10/2017 – Wed 11/15/2017, should have been applied to your purchase.
