Disappointed

I’ve had my fair share of disappointments with Sephora lately when it came to various issues with customer service and just a decline in their focus on customer satisfaction, but now I’ve ticked off my final strike . I cannot believe that I received a used hairdryer that I spent a lot of money for. I had my suspicions as it was not as secured as other products usually were, but after using it today and seeing that the paint on the compact concentrator (the piece that you put on to have the air flow in one direction) has chipped paint around the edges, I was deeply disturbed and heartbroken. This isn’t something I ever expected from a company I’ve given my business and loyalty to for years. The last time I reached out to them about something nobody ever followed up with me, so I don’t expect to have anything done now, however it’s my duty to say something. I think this is it for me.
