I am so incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the Sephora Customer Service. There was a problem with my Play! box being processed and when I changed the card information the box was still cancelled. When I called I asked to be transferred to a manager and was on hold for over 25 minutes. I don't see why I have to be punished for a system error!! Sephora help me out! I love these boxes but I may have to take my beauty love elsewhere. I have been an avid Sephora customer for over 13 years and have never experienced issues such as these.
