Didnt get my samples

Hello, i just recieved my sephora order and i did not get my 2 free samples. Can you assist ?

Samples are only shown on my online check out receipt and not the hard copy

I am a new shopper, I received a gc for my 50th bday, and I was supposed to get 2 free samples I never received them and they put something in my package I never asked for. I got my main items so that's ok, but I was looking forward to trying the things I picked out.😶
