It’s not about not receiving the sample. It’s about the company scamming people by offering the samples. 
if the company use this unethical marketing strategy then think about the product they offer to the customer. 
if you don’t want to give the sample then please don’t offer the sample.

I had the same experience with my last order. Received one of my free samples but not the other. Wasn’t too impressed.

Truth!! I've been having the same issue. The last 2 orders I got nothing in my box even though I did select.

 @LaurieBT what are our options as consumers? It's a hassle for you to reach out but also an inconvenience for us as consumers when this keeps happening.
