Did you reach Rouge before the gifts changed?

Hi, I reached Rouge early january, I got 750 points as a Rouge gifts. Now they are saying “we” can choose a 2019 gift and will get another gift when we reach Rouge. So do I miss out on this because I reached Rouge “too early”?

Hi @EllaJoksimovic It sounds like you requalified before the tier gifts based on last year's status were available. I will look into this for you and send you a PM with more information.
