Did not receive my samples

I just received my order, and did not receive any of my free samples. I know they are free but I was so looking forward to the Barbara Sturm C cream. I know maybe it must be that they were all used up- but I went back to check and both of my samples that I put in my basket were still available. Had this happened to anyone else 😞

Yup I just ordered and got none of my samples... It's very disappointing because those samples where products I wanted to buy but wanted to try them out first  😞

I didn't receive my free samples in an order that was delivered today, either. I wonder why this seems to be happening with relative frequency? It's disappointing.

Yes! Received my order yesterday and it had no free samples but they were still available as choices upon checkout. I don’t understand why they are still choices if they have none? Doesn’t that just create more disappointed customers?

Hi, is the only resolution offering 50 points for missing samples? that's what chat support seems to offer.
