Did not receive correct samples

Hello.   I received my most recent order, and did not receive either of the samples i chose.  It's frustrating and disappointing.   The subs I got are useless for me.  One is a mens cologne and one is a sample I've received numerous times.

@greeneyedgirl107 I'm sorry to hear that! Our distribution center does need to make substitutions if the samples you select are unavailable in the distribution center that is processing your order. I understand this can be disappointing and I will share your feedback.

@keelybt thank you!  I understand subs need to happen, but I'd prefer a similar sub.  For example, a female fragrance for a female fragrance.   A lip product for a lip product.  Etc.
