Delivery options

Is there a way that I can choose who my deliveries go through? Sometimes they are UPS, other times they are through the Postal Service, and I would like to just make all of my deliveries go through UPS. Last night my estimated delivery(USPS) was for today, but this morning it says it was delivered last night… I checked again and hour later and it said it would be delivered by the end of the day today. As of noon it was over 500 miles away… There’s no way it’s getting delivered today or even tomorrow. If there is a specific way I can get it delivered through FedEx or UPS it be nice to know how to do that, even if I have to pay more.

Now it is expected to arrive in 6 days. Making it 10days from purchase date. If I pay for expedited shipping does that send it through usps too or is it just standard shipping that does that?
