Delivery Delays

I placed an order that shipped on 1/11 and was told I would receive it in 5 days, 1/17 (Sunday not being a business day). As a Rouge, I'm supposed to receive 2-day shipping free. This isn't the first time this has happened and it's really frustrating. I would have paid the extra $ to have it sooner but I shouldn't have to!
