Today makes the second time in two weeks that my order was labeled as “refused“ during delivery.  My orders are delivered to a post office and they NEVER refuse.  I went to the post office and spoke to the manager.  They stated that this company is doing something suspect with packages.  I went to Yelp and saw horrible reviews for Deliver-it and  the company has a 1 star rating.  As a rouge customer, I spend a lot of money.  Sephora is cutting corners using this service.  I have filed two complaints already.  Never again getting the free shipping.  I’ll pay for USPS priority from now on!
