Delay in Shipping?

Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue, I placed an order on the 29th and it says the order has been placed but I haven't recieved confirmation, or any updates on the order since then and I'm not sure if there are just delays because of covid and the holidays, or if there's an issue with my order?

I have the same problem. It’s expected delivery by today 1/6 but it hasn’t even shipped yet...
