Defective product

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any information for me. I recently purchased a Nars Laguna contour palette. While using the palette, I turned my hands sideways and the entire product fell out of the casing. I know this is not normal as I just finished using the same palette which I purchased previously. It was my first time using this new palette. I’m wondering if I could be able to get an exchange for it as it’s still within the window (I purchased the product December 27, 2024).
