Defective / missing item in set.

I ordered the Bobbi Brown out all night mini eyeshadow stick set which is now unavailable on the website.The set was meant to come with 3 different shades, instead, i was sent two of the same shades. I would like to know what Sephora is planning on doing to compensate for this mistake as i am extremely unsatisfied with this purchase.
