Defective Bandolier phone case

Hi, I used 2000 points to get this reward not too long ago but the phone strap already started to fall apart. I read online that this brand suppose to have great quality and warranty. Please advise if there is an exchange option. It’s not easy to collect 2000 points and I was hoping this case last longer than the short time I got it.
