 It’s the same story for me.... my gel part looks like someone tried it out “mail person” ??? I was looking forward to trying it out since I don’t do eye shadow much anymore.... my 24 year old daughter did say the “mascara” is super! She buys from you all on all of her make-up and she is the one that pays for my “play box” please let me know how this will “play” out 🙂 Bellawhales
