Damaged/used items from online order now OUT OF STOCK??? HELP!

Just received my PAT McGRATH LABS MATTETRANCE² SUPERMUSE Lipstick Set, was so exited to get my hand on this beautiful set...The set arrived so damaged it makes my hear ache. It's either been handled very carelessly or a returned product. 

I'm definitely going to return this but I also do really want an undamaged set. It is now out-of-stock online....Is it ever going to be restocked? Can I possibly exchange for an undamaged set? 

Any help will be appreciated!
