Damaged product

I got my skincare delivery from sephora that I ordered. From first look the box was obviously soaked before I even opened it. I was afraid that one of the ordinary glass bottles broke during shipping. But when I opened the box it was the ordinary Glycolic acid. More than half the bottle was gone and the lid was not on correctly. All the packaging for the products that I ordered was soaked through and falling apart.
