Damaged packaging

 

Hi,

 

I recently ordered a bottle of foundation and when it arrived on my doorstep I noticed it was damaged. Before I even unwrapped the plastic seal the nozzle was already broken and the liquid was spilling. I’m unable to use the product since there might be glass in the mixture and it would not be safe. I would like a refund if possible
