Damaged nude stix

Just received a shipment, everything was good except that the box the NUDESTIX came in was open. Didn't think much of it as I opened the individually packaged lip/cheek stick and magnetic luminous eye colour. The all over face colour though had smudged makeup on the outside of it and a broken stick. I already opened and used the other sticks, is it possible to JUST get this one replaced?
