Damaged/missing reward

I received my package today and I had ordered the Charlotte Tisbury award-winning beauty icons reward. I opened the rewards and the lipstick tube has no lipstick. There is some colour left over so it was clearly pulled out of the tube and the tube was put back in the box which makes me wonder if the cream was used before.

Where did the chat support go?
