Damaged item from online order 😭

Hi. I received my package in the mail today and upon opening my Bobbi Brown Molten Drama palette got damaged during shipping. I was so excited to use it today but when I opened the box to use it there was eyeshadow everywhere even on the outside of it the box. I’m not talking about a little missing piece of it or something I could try to fix myself so I could’ve used it today. The shadow is completely shattered. To make it worse it was a chrome metal eyeshadow that’s all over and the palette isn’t sold in a Sephora within a 100 miles and I really want this palette. I’ve posted pictures below my message. Last pic is to show it isn’t near me but I blacked out my zip code for privacy reasons. Thank you in advance for your help.
