Damaged and Broken

Hello,

I have always had great experiences when ordering through Sephora. However, two of my most recent orders were unacceptable. First the samples on my orders were never received. The second was one of deluxe rewards items I used my points for had exploded all over inside the package. I didn't submit a complaint about it but was a little annoyed. The third item this time I ordered the Briogeo shampoo/conditioning duo and that has also exploded inside the package everywhere. The seal on the package had been broken and it may or may not have been used, I'm not sure. This is just unacceptable during the time of this pandemic when sanitation and quality checks should be of utmost priority. This is extremely disappointing and concerning.
