Damaged Shipment

Damaged Shipments happen. However, tossing a product, that is known to be delicate, haphazardly into the box so that it can shatter and leave everything covered a layer of powder - is completely unacceptable.

I had been so excited to receive my order, and instead it is a giant mess in my bathroom I need to deal with.
