Damaged Reward

Hello!

 

I used 500 points to redeem a reward from Charlotte Tilbury and the lipstick came damaged. See photos. I can’t get the lipstick to stay back in the tube, which makes it almost impossible to use. Is it possible to get a replacement?  Thank you.
