Spoiler
I ordered Sulwhasoo Essential Comfort Balancing Emulsion online and received it damaged. The packaging doesn’t protect the items inside. They should’ve used bubble wraps instead of some paper. Please give me a refund or a replacement in a well-protected package. Thank you.
