Damaged Item

Hi, I just received my package and I don’t know whether it’s poor packing by Sephora but more likely from Verb not sealing their bottles, but I now have an empty 355ml bottle of shampoo. Completely empty. And other items and the box drenched in shampoo. I feel really bad for the mail company, this is ridiculous. How can I go about a refund? I would ask for another one but it will just happen again. I have lots of pictures to prove it.
