 I had worse Sephora in store experience. I went for shopping made spent around 90. I asked associate about offers and stuff got worse reply and followed up with online chat . . I made complaint to online associate and they sent me this email .. it’s been while no follow . Is this what Sephora order in terms of customer service/ support..

I am in Rock Hill SC just 10 minutes below Charlotte NC and my daughter who is the biggest cosmetic junkie ( she is 12) I on the other hand have worked through out the east coast with Chanel for 15 years, Benefit , IT and an event coach for Clinique at South Park. The only thing going on at our local Kohl’s is Sephora and the sales representatives are horrible they will not take any Sephora gift cards !!! They say they can’t take a Sephora gift card bc it was not purchased at their branch?? Well they have taken my daughters bc they are not telling the truth or don’t know or either it’s an issue for their commission. I have literally been embarrassed that all my 12 year olde daughters friends are getting rejected for using a gift of a Sephora gc at this location!!!! I have to actually explain not once but three times now that the Sephora gift card is excepted and have to tell them to punch in the barcode of the card. My husband actually had to to it again tonight with my daughter. So if some one corporate could explain to these little smart ass associates I’m about post the ish Rock Hill Store as fraud
