Customer Service

Hi, I was trying to cancel my same day unlimited subscription a few minutes before midnight but it kept saying I had an order processing. I had no orders processing at the time and still do not have any processing orders so I don’t see why I couldn’t cancel the subscription. I don’t think it’s fair for me to pay the subscription again if I was unable to cancel it due to something out of my control. Is there any way that you guys can help?
