Customer Service Response - Wait Time

How long does it take for Sephora Customer Service reply via email? I have been waiting for their response on my issue with a package that was not delivered even if the tracking says it was. This is a time sensitive issue for me since the package will be sent somewhere by relative who is flying out in a few days. Hoping it gets sorted out asap.

I tried calling a Customer Service rep tonight and was told that there would be a wait time under 60 MINUTES and that there was a possible 8 day wait time for order processing?  What is happening?  The response time used to be fantastic.
