Customer Service Post-Call Survey Clarification

It was my first time calling customer service today and I had a wonderful customer service rep who solved my problem very quickly. I took the post-call survey and pressed 5 but then was asked to state what could've been done to have made me more satisfied, so I was just wondering does everyone get that prompt no matter what they rate? I just want to be sure I gave her the highest score possible and didn't misunderstand the rating scale.
