Customer Service - Online Shopping - Gift Cards - Cash Star - eGiftCards - WORST - "GOOD LUCK"

I have spent two days trying to redeem e Gift Cards. I have been sent in circles via the customer service reps sending me back and forth from Sephora to CashStar. After speaking with the 9th customer service rep, she again transferred my call to CashStar and said "Good Luck". There is nothing that should be so difficult for the recipient of eGift Cards to be able to apply their cards to their online shopping cart. If the Sephora Gift Card requires a 16 digit number with a PIN then THAT should be written on the eGift Cards. Not rocket science. 

Considering the price of Sephora Products, you should not be making your customers go through this level of inconvenience. I am really unhappy with the HOURS I have lost trying to use these. Finally, at the end, my order only accepted 2/3 of the gift cards, meaning my cart topped out at $150 use, and I wasn't able to apply the third one, and will have to wait for another need to online shop to use the final one. After what I have been through I honestly don't want to use Sephora anymore. I have a $75 gift card that I wasn't able to use and you know this means I am going to have to overspend to use it. 

Boo Sephora. Do better. You are a multimillion dollar business. Customers shouldn't have to work so hard just to make a purchase.

@3littleones I'm so sorry to hear about this frustrating experience!  I will share this feedback with the appropriate department for future consideration.
