Customer Service Disappointing

I am missing my last order. I have emailed Sephora, Lasershipping, I have now called customer service. I still do not have my order or any solution. I was told that I would be issued a refund, but she could not tell me how my refund would be issued. I was asked to just go to a Sephora store to get what was lost because online was sold out. She could not understand that the products that I purchased are only available online. I am beyond frustrated right now. I have not received any confirmation of my refund. What do I do from here?
