Credit card rewards

Hello

 

I have recently made a few purchases on both Sephora app & in store with my Sephora credit card. I have got a few reward points as well. 

 

However, I can only view this reward points in the Comenity app, but not under the rewards section of the Sephora app. 

 

I have contacted both Sephora customer care & the Comenity app customer care. No one could resolve the issue. 

 

The biggest incentive of having the Sephora credit card is the cash back rewards. I am not sure how to redeem them on the Sephora app when they're not reflecting there.

@DivzMano, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with more information, I'll look into this for you. Thank you!

I bought something back in July and used $30 on my credit card rewards and $7.54 on my card. I returned the product and only was credited the $7.54. I called Sephora and they told me that I should get them the rewards credit back immediately but that I needed to call Comenity Bank I did and was on the phone with someone there for over an hour. He said it would go back to my account in two hours. It never did. Then I called again and was told it would be on my September 28 statement again nothing reached out to Sephora again they told me I should be credited to call Comenity called Comenity. I opened up a ticket and was never refunded my Rewards money. I’ve spent so much time on this. It’s such a waste the only reason I have the Sephora credit card is for the rewards. That’s the whole incentive. Worst experience. It makes me feel. I’ve never shopping at Sephora again. I haven’t used the card sent. I don’t know why multiple people on both ends of those companies would tell me I’m getting something back and then  nothing so frustrating such a waste of time
