Credit card reward issues

  • I was trying to place an order on Sephora and checkout with the credit card rewards but the order didn't go through and when I try again I couldn't apply the reward as it shows redeemed. Even tho the credit card account shows that there's a pending payment but the order was not found with Sephora. I wasn't able to place an order even without using the reward. And when I contacted Sephora they had me contact the bank while the bank says I need to contact the retailer and ended up no one were able to help me but just throw me here and there. And even when I try to contact customer service on live chat they just ended up leave me hanging there never reply and chat ended eventually. It is super frustrating since I was just trying to buy something while it's on sale and now I couldn't do anything and just ended up missing the sale. And what's the point of using the sephora credit card when I wasn't able to use the reward on my purchase and just watching them expire?

I'm so sorry to hear about this! I may suggest waiting a few days to see if the rewards have been returned. If they are not returned after waiting a few days, I recommend reaching out to Comenity Capital Bank once more and request to speak with a supervisor for further assistance. I apologize we, www.sephora.com, are unable to assist with Sephora credit card rewards.
