Credit card not being accepted on on

I keep getting this error message on when I try to make a purchase:

"Payment error - your payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvn are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file. We have reversed any pending charges to your account."


This is happening when I use both my Visa credit card, as well as my Visa debit card. I've tried both on other websites and have had no issues - only having this problem with Sephora's website! Has been going on for 2 weeks now! I've double checked everything and all the payment info I'm inputting is 100% correct so I don't understand what the issue is here...anyone else experiencing this too?? What's the fix? 😞

Hi @katgoish - I'm sorry to hear that! While Sephora Canada does not accept debit cards, there should be no issue using a Visa credit card. I am sending you a PM to further assist!
