Credit Rewards Applied Incorrect Amount

I placed a pickup order a few weeks ago and used my credit card rewards ($5 and $15) and a promo code for 500 points for spending $75. An item was unavailable so I canceled my order because the total would now be under $75 and I really wanted the extra points. I called Sephora about my credit card rewards because the order was canceled. They reinstated it the $15 and not the $5 because it was expired. I didnt mind. However now when I try to use the $15 online, it would only apply $1. Is this a glitch?

@maitongvang  I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your credit card rewards. I would recommend contacting Comenity directly by calling 1-866-841-5037 (Sephora Visa) 1-866-864-7787 (Sephora Visa Signature), 1-866-702-9946 (Sephora Credit Card), or (TDD/TTY 1-888-819-1918) so they can look into this for you.
