Credit Card Will not Work!

I recently got the Sephora credit card. The actual card came in the mail and it has been activated. I am unable to make a purchase online. It keeps saying Payment error - your payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvn are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file. We have reversed any pending charges to your account." Please help!

Mine is also not working, I was told to contact bank but the phone call won't go through.

I'm also not able to usemy  card on line or add to my PayPal.This is VERY frustrating please contact ASAP

I called customer service & the lady I talked to was no help at all. She didn’t even attempt to help or tell me what to do/how to fix it. She said “try a different card”. No. I got a Sephora card for a reason. It’s brand new, never been used. There is absolutely no reason why it shouldn’t work.

SAME. THAT'S WHAT THEY TOLD ME TO. THE WHOLE POINT OF THE CARD IS FOR ME TO USE IT AS A PAYMENT METHOD. THAT'S WHY I GOT IT. These people are so frustrating and I'm so glad I'm not the only one feeling frustrated and unheard with this issue.

Hi! I’ve tried to order multiple times on both my cards and I’m having the same issue. I emailed customer service but haven’t heard back yet. I’d like to order before the VIB sale ends tomorrow. Please let me know if there is anything else I can try. I appreciate your help!

I'm having the same issue and someone told me to call support. I don't want to. Clearly it's not my fault. I made sure all my info is correct but it still won't work. I don't know what support would do besides place my order for me which is not what I want to do, or they could confirm my details are correct and make my card work which they should be able to do via email or whatever..
