Credit Card Rewards

I am starting to fill the same Credit Card Rewards failures as everyone else... I should have read the reviews first 😢.

I applied for the cards expecting/hoping to use the 25% off, I had to wait for my card to use it.... My card arrived on day 30 🙄, I logged in and went to use the 25% off reward for applying and its is gone.... So on day 30 after receiving my card in the mail I cannot use it. I contacted the credit card company of course they tell me to contact Sephora and guess what... Sephora tells me to contact them.

@smearedred, I'm so sorry about this! We can certainly assist with the credit card first purchase discount if you didn't receive the card in time. Please contact us once more by chat or phone, where an agent can assist you. You may need to add your Sephora Credit Card as a saved payment method in your account and activate it online if you haven't already.
