Credit Card Rewards ARE A SCAM

The credit card is HORRIBLE. For months I had issues claiming $80 in rewards that expire now in February. I placed an order and I was finally able to apply the $80, a few hours later Sephora cancelled my order with no explanation and my $80 disappeared.

I call Customer Service and get thrown around like a hot potato from department to department. Extremely frustrated and annoyed. I feel scammed and I'm tired of dealing with this credit card.

It was soooo frustrating to get shuttled from the credit card company back to Sephora just to hear they can't honor the credit card rewards! Such bad customer service (actually LACK THEREOF).

I totally get you… is frustrating how no one can help. They just keep you on hold until the call is disconnected. Until some agent tells you to wait 48 hrs and then again nothing! It is a SCAM

Hi. Your message was the basic response I received by calling Sephora saying my rewards should appear next month which shows you didn’t read that THEY EXPIRE IN FEBRUARY. Also, it’s been MONTHS trying to even get them to apply in my cart or in person at the store. I spent an hour+ today on the phone with Sephora as well as with Comenity’s HORRIBLE customer service reps from overseas that barely even understand a problem, much less how to resolve it. My opinion still stands.

Same thing happened to me! I thought cash back was going to be just that and was disappointed to get these rewards. AND THEN when the rewards had expiration dates on them!?!?!? RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! This makes me think poorly of Sephora as a brand and I have been a fan since they opened. VERY disappointed in Sephora.

I am having the exact same issue, and mine also expire in February. This is indeed a scam!!!
