Credit Card Not Processing

I have been unable to process the order in my cart for over 2 months. I’ve tried deleting and re-adding my cards multiple times, deleting and reinstalling the app, tried ordering on different browsers and devices, but no luck. Customer service was not much help either. They suggested the same things I tried, and even tried processing my order on their end but received the same error and told me to call the bank. I verified that all the credit card info was correct and that I have had no issues using the cards elsewhere. They kept telling me that my card was not authorized for payments. I only have this problem with Sephora. I just want to give you guys my money lol.
