Create BI Account Failed

Please help!!!

 

When I try to create a BI account via my desktop, it just shows the Sephora symbol as a loading sign and the page doesn't move. Even when I tried to create an account on the app, I get the "Error Create BI Account failed" message.

 

What can I do to solve this?
