Content of 15% off email changed to remove code

I received an email 2/18 with a 15% off code which was supposed to start yesterday 2/20. I went to check my email yesterday and noticed the content of the email was changed to remove the code and replace the image with a rewards banner. However, the terms of the coupon are still at the bottom of the modified email. 

What gives? Why wouldn’t an email go out to say if it’s a mistake? Why change the content of an email that has been delivered already?

@catlmu there are multiple threads about this already. If you received the initial offer of spend $50 now and get 15% later, spent the $50 and didn't receive the offer, you should post in the customer support group so a MOD can assist you.
