Confusion about Rouge Free Full Face Makeover 60 Min

Hi Sephora, I am wanting clarification on whether the Free Full Face Makeover 60 Min is still a free benefit for rouge members in 2020? There has been no update to the terms and conditions for 2020 nor has there been any notifications sent out stating otherwise. Thank you in advance

@kevinbt the terms do not state whether it’s been removed. Below it you can see that “as of Jan 1,2020 the Rouge tier celebration gift was removed” but nothing was mentioned about removal of the Free Makeovers

Sorry again for the confusion, @MichM1221. In number #7, Free Makeup Deluxe: The Full-Face Makeover Offer, it states "Rouge members receive free 60 minute Makeup Deluxe: The Full-Face Makeover with no minimum purchase for the remainder of 2019."  This service has not been continued for Rouge members in 2020 and is no longer available.  Please let me know if I can offer any additional clarification.

I have no plan to spend $50 since I bought too much already

Hi @Anonymous I have no idea! Clearly it’s been several weeks and no response @kevinbt do you mind please assisting us with this inquiry? Sephora has made no update to their terms and conditions regarding this matter. I think we would all like clarity.

Hello @MichM1221, I apologize for the confusion and for the delay.  It does look like the Rouge Full-Face Makeovers are no longer complimentary in 2020.  To see the updated terms of use for Beauty Insider, please visit the following link: https://seph.me/37Z2Axz  All updates have gone into effect starting January 1st, 2020.
