Complaint on 2-day flash shipping

I've been a VIB Rouge customer for years and Sephora has not improved on their 2-day flash shipping. While the flash shipping is free for VIB Rouge members, I still expect the timeline to not be different from a paying Sephora customer for the expedited shipping. If they are presenting the shipping as 2 days, it should be 2 days. This is the incentive for becoming a VIB Rouge member. However the shipping is the same experience, maybe worse, than the 5-day shipping option. I ordered an item on July 4th holiday and it was expected to arrive on July 8 due to the holiday. I did not expect it on July 8 due to the holiday. However it's now July 11 and I still have not received my package. It was something I was needed before my trip otherwise I would've gone to the store to pick one up. This needs to be fixed. Additionally sometimes when I chose certain samples online they are not the ones I get in the package. I try to avoid online shopping with Sephora as much as possible because it is not convenient at all and gets me upset all the time.Capture.PNG

I was about to create a new post on this. Flash 2-day shipping NEVER means 2 day for me. Like, why should I pick that as my "Rouge gift" if it's just like regular shipping?

I paid for Flash 2 day shipping. I ordered on Sunday 7/21, received a shipping notification on Monday, with a USPS tracking #. Now it’s Wednesday and the tracking says USPS is still awaiting receipt of the package! I was hoping to have my order by this weekend, but I doubt that will happen if they don’t even have the package in the system yet. 😔

I wanted to come back to thank ZakiyaBT for taking time to address my concerns about 2 Day Flash shipping.   My most recent order is taking a week to get here, but I’m hoping for better shipping speeds for future orders. Thanks again!
